Lumbini is a sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site located in the southwestern Terai region of Nepal, where Buddha was born over 2,500 years ago. The site includes a number of temples, monasteries, and stupas built by different countries, making it an important destination for Buddhists from around the world.
Pokhara is a scenic city located in central Nepal, surrounded by the Annapurna mountain range. It is known for its beautiful lakes, caves, waterfalls, and hiking trails. Many visitors come to Pokhara to trek the Annapurna Circuit, one of the most popular trekking routes in the world.
Muktinath is a sacred place of pilgrimage for both Hindus and Buddhists, located at an altitude of 3,710 meters in the Mustang district of Nepal. It is believed that taking a bath in the holy water at Muktinath Temple and visiting the nearby monasteries will cleanse one's sins and grant salvation.
Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal and the largest city in the country. It is known for its rich cultural heritage, with many historic temples, palaces, and shrines. Visitors can explore the narrow streets of the old city, visit UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Swayambhunath and Pashupatinath, or trek to the nearby Shivapuri National Park.
Chitwan is a region in southern Nepal known for its dense tropical forests and wildlife. Visitors can explore Chitwan National Park, one of the largest national parks in Nepal, to see a variety of animals including tigers, rhinos, elephants, and crocodiles. Chitwan is also home to the indigenous Tharu community, whose culture and traditions can be experienced through homestays and cultural tours.
We will be visiting Sarangkot early in the morning which is a major view point to see the Himalayas. We will get a fabulous view of Annapurna range, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Himchuli and many more. After visiting Sarangkot, we will return back to Pokhara. We will visit Phewa Lake, Begnas Lake, Mahendra Cave, David’s waterfall, Barahi Temple, Mountain Museum etc. We can also go boating in these lakes and enjoy.
After breakfast, you can explore the nearby areas of Chitwan and visit the elephant breeding center and Tharu village.Later in the day, drive back to Gorakhpur.
