Day 1 : Drive to Kande and trek to Pothana

Early in the morning, we will drive to Kande. Here we will start our journey with a guided meditation and set an intention for the coming week. From Kande, the trek ascends through rhododendron (laliguras), oak, sandalwood forests until we reach a village called Dhampus which is a very beautiful village. It is a Gurung community village providing excellent view of the Annapurna range. After that we will further ascend along stone-paved path and mossy trees. In Pothana we will have our first restorative asana session.

Day 2 : Pothana to Forest Camp

We start our day with meditation followed by an energising asana practice. After breakfast we trek through lush forests filled with rhododendrons and ferns. Along the trail we take a lunchbreak, where we will have some gently stretching before we continue our trek to Forest Camp. Before dinner we will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 3 : Forest Camp to Low Camp

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast, we will descend to Low Camp. This trekking day includes a gentle, beautiful climb through thick forests. Witness the breathtaking beauty of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountain along the way. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings while enjoying a restorative yoga session and guided meditation.

Day 4 : Low Camp to High Camp

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast we will continue our trek to High Camp you will experience a short but steep climb. As you ascend, you will leave the forest behind and be rewarded with stunning close-up views of the Annapurna range from High Camp. We will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation and spend a memorable night at the High camp.

Day 5 : Trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp - back to Low Camp

Prepare for a longer day of trekking as you ascend to an altitude of 5000m. Once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the great ice fields and blue glaciers of the sanctuary wall, as well as unique and fabulous views of the mountains.

We will leave High Camp before sunrise and hike up to Mardi Himal Base Camp. We will practice sunsalutations watching the spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna range. 

After taking in the sights, descend towards Low camp. Reach Low Camp and unwind with a relaxing yoga session after a rewarding day of trekking.

Day 6 : Low Camp to Siding - drive to Pokhara

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast we will continue our trek towards Siding. From there, we will drive back to the wonderful city of Pokhara, reflecting on the incredible journey and unforgettable experiences of the past few days.

Itinerary Detail

Day 1 : Drive to Kande and trek to Pothana

Early in the morning, we will drive to Kande. Here we will start our journey with a guided meditation and set an intention for the coming week. From Kande, the trek ascends through rhododendron (laliguras), oak, sandalwood forests until we reach a village called Dhampus which is a very beautiful village. It is a Gurung community village providing excellent view of the Annapurna range. After that we will further ascend along stone-paved path and mossy trees. In Pothana we will have our first restorative asana session.

Day 2 : Pothana to Forest Camp

We start our day with meditation followed by an energising asana practice. After breakfast we trek through lush forests filled with rhododendrons and ferns. Along the trail we take a lunchbreak, where we will have some gently stretching before we continue our trek to Forest Camp. Before dinner we will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 3 : Forest Camp to Low Camp

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast, we will descend to Low Camp. This trekking day includes a gentle, beautiful climb through thick forests. Witness the breathtaking beauty of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountain along the way. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings while enjoying a restorative yoga session and guided meditation.

Day 4 : Low Camp to High Camp

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast we will continue our trek to High Camp you will experience a short but steep climb. As you ascend, you will leave the forest behind and be rewarded with stunning close-up views of the Annapurna range from High Camp. We will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation and spend a memorable night at the High camp.

Day 5 : Trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp - back to Low Camp

Prepare for a longer day of trekking as you ascend to an altitude of 5000m. Once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the great ice fields and blue glaciers of the sanctuary wall, as well as unique and fabulous views of the mountains.

We will leave High Camp before sunrise and hike up to Mardi Himal Base Camp. We will practice sunsalutations watching the spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna range. 

After taking in the sights, descend towards Low camp. Reach Low Camp and unwind with a relaxing yoga session after a rewarding day of trekking.

Day 6 : Low Camp to Siding - drive to Pokhara

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast we will continue our trek towards Siding. From there, we will drive back to the wonderful city of Pokhara, reflecting on the incredible journey and unforgettable experiences of the past few days.
