Day 1 : Drive to Nayapool and Trek to Ghandruk

Embark on a scenic drive from Pokhara to Nayapool, the starting point of our trek. Here we will start our journey with a guided meditation and set an intention for the coming week. We begin our trek through lush landscapes to the beautiful Gurung village of Ghandruk. Enjoy stunning views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre along the way. In Ghandruk we will have our first restorative asana session.

Day 2 : Ghandruk to Chhomrong

We start our day with meditation followed by an energising asana practice. After breakfast we trek through terraced fields and charming villages, crossing the Modi Khola river. Traverse rhododendron forests, soaking in the breathtaking vistas of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli. Reach the village of Chhomrong, perched on a ridge. Before dinner we will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 3 : Chhomrong to Himalaya

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast, we will descend to the Chhomrong Khola river and cross a suspension bridge.Trek through lush bamboo forests and alongside waterfalls as you ascend towards Himalaya. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings while enjoying a restorative yoga session and guided meditation.

Day 4 : Himalaya to ABC

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast we will trek to the iconic Annapurna Base Camp, surrounded by towering peaks and the Annapurna Glacier. We will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation and spend a memorable night at the base camp.

Day 5 : ABC to Bamboo

We start our day by practicing sunsalutions during sunrise in ABC. After a nourishing breakfast we will descent to Bamboo. Pass through lush forests, picturesque villages, and rivers, relishing the beauty of the natural surroundings. Day 6 : Bamboo to Jhinu Danda

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast we will trek to Jhinu Danda. 

After a scenic descent through lush forest and mountain trails, arrive at Jhinu Danda, a peaceful village perched above the Modi Khola River.
Relax your tired muscles in the natural hot springs nestled beside the riverbank—surrounded by nature, the sound of flowing water, and crisp mountain air. Day 7 : Trek to Nayapool, back to Pokhara

This last day of our trek we will start our day again with meditation and an energising asana practice. After our breakfast, our final trek day starts to Nayapool. From Nayapool we take the scenic road back to Pokhara, reflecting on the incredible journey and unforgettable experiences of the past few days.

Day 1 : Drive to Nayapool and Trek to Ghandruk

Embark on a scenic drive from Pokhara to Nayapool, the starting point of our trek. Here we will start our journey with a guided meditation and set an intention for the coming week. We begin our trek through lush landscapes to the beautiful Gurung village of Ghandruk. Enjoy stunning views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre along the way. In Ghandruk we will have our first restorative asana session.

Day 2 : Ghandruk to Chhomrong

We start our day with meditation followed by an energising asana practice. After breakfast we trek through terraced fields and charming villages, crossing the Modi Khola river. Traverse rhododendron forests, soaking in the breathtaking vistas of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli. Reach the village of Chhomrong, perched on a ridge. Before dinner we will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast, we will descend to the Chhomrong Khola river and cross a suspension bridge.Trek through lush bamboo forests and alongside waterfalls as you ascend towards Himalaya. We start our day by practicing sunsalutions during sunrise in ABC. After our morning meditation, asana practice and breakfast we will trek to Jhinu Danda. 

After a scenic descent through lush forest and mountain trails, arrive at Jhinu Danda, a peaceful village perched above the Modi Khola River.
Relax your tired muscles in the natural hot springs nestled beside the riverbank—surrounded by nature, the sound of flowing water, and crisp mountain air. This last day of our trek we will start our day again with meditation and an energising asana practice. After our breakfast, our final trek day starts to Nayapool. From Nayapool we take the scenic road back to Pokhara, reflecting on the incredible journey and unforgettable experiences of the past few days.
