Dhampus Sarangkot Trek
also offers the chance to experience the lifestyle of the rural ethnic communities close to Pokhara.

Dhampus Sarangkot trek starts by taking a journey starting from Pokhara up to Phedi and Ghattekulo. It takes approximately an hour and half to reach Phedi to Pokhara city. Wandering through a few human settlements with terrace farms, forests and terraces leading to Dhampus after just a few hours of walking.
An amazing view of the large-scale of mount Annapurna and the other mountains await us when we reach Dhampus. We can enjoy spectacular sunsets of the Himalayas at night and sunrise in the morning.
The views is a wonderful memory to keep for your lifetime. On the next day, we hike back to the bottom of the hill, along a scenic route, and reach Naudanda. We have a snack at Naudanda and walk towards Sarangkot.
From Naudanda, we will then travel on the motorable road until we reach Sarangkot. In the past, it was an extremely popular trek. The road is often full of traffic. Also, be aware when strolling between Naudanda up to Sarangkot.
In the morning, before sunrise, we will climb Sarangkot View Tower and celebrate the stunning sunrise and panoramic mountain views. The views of the mountains comprise Annapurna Massif, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Gangapurna, Himchuli, Manaslu and Ganesh Himal. After capturing the most beautiful moments, we return to the hotel to eat breakfast.
The final part of the Dhampus-Sarangkot Trek is experiencing the tranquil Phewa Lake and beautiful Pokhara city. Also, we will see World Peace Pagoda while walking down to Lakeside Pokhara from Sarangkot.
We trek down through dense forest and rural settlements. We finally reach our destination, the Ridge of Phewa Lake and continue towards Lakeside Pokhara and end our Dhampus Sarangkot Trek. We now go on a tour of Pokhara city and pay the visit to waterfalls, caves, and temples.

We will start our journey from Kathmandu and drive to Pokhara. Pokhara is a lovely place with spectacular view of mountains. The place is filled with adventures and outdoor activities. We can go for a boating in Phewa Lake or explore caves around Pokhara. We can even witness waterfall and world peace pagoda. It is quite an amazing city where we can enjoy to the fullest.
After a short drive from Pokhara, we will reach Naudada from there we will trek to Sarangkot. It will be an easy trekking path along hill ridge. On the way, we will see mixed cultural group settled in the region. The view of snowcapped mountains is amazing. We can also see spectacular view of Pokhara valley.
After a night in Sarangkot, we will return back to Pokhara. The path is steep down to the bottom of mountain. We will go down approximately for 2 hours and get picked up by hotel car from the fine road.
On the return journey, we will drive back to Kathmandu leaving Pokhara. The drive will be fascinating and we will be able to see beautiful landscape from the window seat.
