Day 1 : Drive to Nayapool and Trek to Ulleri

Embark on a scenic drive from Pokhara to Nayapool, the starting point of our trek. Here we will start our journey with a guided meditation and set an intention for the coming days. We begin the trek to Tikhedhunga, and overnight at Ulleri, where we will have our first restorative asana session.

Day 2 : Ulleri To Ghorepani

We start our day with meditation followed by an energising asana practice.Today, we will climb through meadows, cultivated fields and rhododendron (laliguras) forest. We can also enjoy different species of birds during our journey. After we reach Ghorepani, we can see incredible panorama view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Nilgiri etc. Before dinner we will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 3 : Hike to Poon Hill and Trek to Tadapani

We will leave Ghorepani before sunrise and hike up to Poon Hill for the sunrise. We will practice sunsalutations watching the spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna range. We can observe the peaks turning from pink to gold as the sun rises up in the sky. After observing sunrise we will continue our journey and trek to Tadapani where we will again have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 4 : Trek to Ghandruk Village

After our morning meditation and asana practice, we will trek to Ghandruk village. It is quite a large village and the view of Annapurna range from the village is magnificent. We will trek along a parallel ridge with incredible scenery along the path. When we reach Ghandruk we will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 5 : Trek to Nayapool and drive back to Pokhara

Early morning the views from Ghandruk are splendid. We will start our last day with meditation and an energising asana practice. After our breakfast, we will visit the local markets where you have the opportunity to buy a memento of Poon hill trek. Then our final trek day starts to Nayapool. From Nayapool we take the scenic road back to Pokhara, reflecting on the incredible journey and unforgettable experiences of the past few days.

Itinerary Detail

Day 1 : Drive to Nayapool and Trek to Ulleri

Embark on a scenic drive from Pokhara to Nayapool, the starting point of our trek. Here we will start our journey with a guided meditation and set an intention for the coming days. We begin the trek to Tikhedhunga, and overnight at Ulleri, where we will have our first restorative asana session.

Day 2 : Ulleri To Ghorepani

We start our day with meditation followed by an energising asana practice.Today, we will climb through meadows, cultivated fields and rhododendron (laliguras) forest. We can also enjoy different species of birds during our journey. After we reach Ghorepani, we can see incredible panorama view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Nilgiri etc. Before dinner we will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 3 : Hike to Poon Hill and Trek to Tadapani

We will leave Ghorepani before sunrise and hike up to Poon Hill for the sunrise. We will practice sunsalutations watching the spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna range. We can observe the peaks turning from pink to gold as the sun rises up in the sky. After observing sunrise we will continue our journey and trek to Tadapani where we will again have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 4 : Trek to Ghandruk Village

After our morning meditation and asana practice, we will trek to Ghandruk village. It is quite a large village and the view of Annapurna range from the village is magnificent. We will trek along a parallel ridge with incredible scenery along the path. When we reach Ghandruk we will have a relaxing yoga session followed by a guided meditation.

Day 5 : Trek to Nayapool and drive back to Pokhara

Early morning the views from Ghandruk are splendid. We will start our last day with meditation and an energising asana practice. After our breakfast, we will visit the local markets where you have the opportunity to buy a memento of Poon hill trek. Then our final trek day starts to Nayapool. From Nayapool we take the scenic road back to Pokhara, reflecting on the incredible journey and unforgettable experiences of the past few days.
